Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a year-round Block Advisor to prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations, including individual and business returns. The role is in-person at a local Block Advisors office.

You'll conduct in-depth client interviews, build lasting relationships, and provide personalized recommendations while collaborating with team members to create a positive, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns.
• Strong communication skills, client-focused advisory ability, ongoing IRS requirements.

Responsibilities
