Qualifications

• Passed HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 5+ years in tax preparation or related fields
• Experience with complex individual and business returns
• Client-facing advisory experience
• Strong communication skills in plain language
• Maintain continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse client situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financials and tax implications
• Build year-round client relationships with empathy and consultative service
• Provide IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance
