Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns.
• Client-facing, consultative or advisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explains tax concepts clearly.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and offer Block Advisors products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a client-focused office environment.
