Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns with planning, audit support, and notices.
• Client-facing, consultative, or advisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
