Cerity Partners is seeking a team player to join our tax team as a Tax Administrator Seasonal Associate in Louisville, KY. This paid program runs January through mid-April at 25–30 hours per week, ideal for someone seeking seasonal, part-time work in a nationally recognized RIAs.

You will assist with client source file prep, use GoFileRoom, Engagement Manager and Adobe Acrobat to organize data, and support Tax Advisors in assembling deliverables.

We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and the highest level of personal integrity to join our taxteam as a Tax Administrator Seasonal Associate.

This is a paid program (25-30 hours per week January to Mid-April). This role is also ideal for someone looking for a part-time seasonal position in the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with building, organizing, scanning, and preparing client source file for use in tax preparation process
• Utilize GoFileRoom (CRM/Project Management), Engagement Manager (Document Storage), and Adobe Acrobat software to organize and generate electronic client data
• Assist Tax Administrators in assembly of client tax return deliverables
• Other duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax Administrators

Required Qualifications:

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications
• Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience
