Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Tax Administrator Intern in Bardstown, KY, to support the tax team with hands-on, career-related experience. This paid internship runs January to mid-April, 25–30 hours per week, ideal for students seeking part-time seasonal work in finance and accounting.

You will use GoFileRoom, Engagement Manager, and Adobe Acrobat to prepare client data and assist in assembling tax returns. Strong Excel/Adobe skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
• Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications
• Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience
• Identify with Cerity Partner’s mission and demonstrate our core values
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen, consistent attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist with building, organizing, scanning, and preparing client source file for use in tax preparation process
• Utilize GoFileRoom (CRM/Project Management), Engagement Manager (Document Storage), and Adobe Acrobat software to organize and generate electronic client data
• Assist Tax Administrators in assembly of client tax return deliverables
• Other duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax Administrators
