You will prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740, analyze tax data, and help with planning initiatives while coordinating with Accounting, Finance, and external advisors.

The role emphasizes tax research, documentation, and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency across the tax function.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years in corporate tax or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge and tax provisioning experience.
• Experience with tax provision software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Compile and reconcile financial and tax data for reporting.
• Research tax issues and document conclusions.
• Draft tax footnote disclosures for financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on tax planning.
