Job summary

S+H Search is seeking a Tax Accounting Manager in Dallas to lead federal and multi-state tax compliance within our corporate accounting team. This role is ideal for a strong Tax Senior or Tax Manager transitioning from public accounting into industry.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in Dallas, TX, with in-office presence on Tuesday plus two additional days of your choice. PE-backed growth, no travel, and exposure to high-visibility leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 6+ years of tax, accounting, audit, or compliance experience.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong multi-state tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multi-entity experience preferred.
