Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Master’s and CPA eligibility preferred
• 1–3 years of tax preparation experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Experience with UltraTax, QuickBooks (Desktop & Online), and AdvanceFlow preferred
• Ability to pass a CJIS background check

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns in compliance with regulations
• Assist with tax planning strategies for high-net-worth owners
• Research tax issues and provide recommendations to leadership
• Review client documentation for accuracy and propose corrections
• Prepare workpapers and schedules to support the review process
• Meet with clients to gather information and deliver completed returns
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor deadlines
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and accounting teams to support client needs
