Abacus! seeks a Senior Accountant in Traditional Tax to manage complex tax engagements for high-wealth owners across industries. You’ll oversee federal, state, and local returns, ensure compliance, and provide strategic planning support.

You will participate in client meetings, strengthen relationships, and contribute to the department’s quality and efficiency. Based in Springfield, MO, or Fayetteville, AR, this full-time role offers a competitive package and robust benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Master’s degree and CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of public accounting tax experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and compliance standards required.

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Manage tax engagements from planning through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise staff accountants and interns.
