Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Host to greet and seat guests, take to-go orders, and complete transactions while delivering fast, courteous service. Enjoy perks like ski, golf, and waterpark passes along with discounts on food, beverages, retail, and more.

As a Host, you may greet guests, handle phone inquiries, manage seating, and assist the restaurant team. The role requires standing for long periods and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Answering phones, taking food orders and answering guests questions.
• Using point of sale system to complete transactions, balancing cash drawers and preparing deposits.
• Bussing tables, assisting servers with table maintenance and stocking of the restaurant.
• Assisting cooks, servers and bartenders with various tasks as needed.
• Using iPad seating chart system.
• Delivering room service and spa orders.
