Job summary

Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos — your neighborhood tavern — is opening its seventh location at Silverado Ranch and Arville St., and we are looking for talented, professional, and energized Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members. We are hiring Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff to prepare and serve drinks, manage transactions at the bar, and maintain stock with minimal shortages.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Minimum age 21.
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Gaming bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials and after-dinner drinks.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, soda, juice and liquor guns.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards and Gaming Registration.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with Company and health department standards and policies.
• Processes transactions using the Company's POS system and maintains cash variances.
• Keeps the bar fully stocked with no overages or shortages.

Description:

Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies. Is responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Maintain the bar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages.
