Overview: Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Facilities and Maintenance Manager position is responsible for planning and implementing preventative maintenance, equipment and facility repairs and upgrades through effective management of internal and external maintenance resources. This position is also responsible for maintaining and initiating all health, safety and environmental standards, managing projects within budget and deadlines, supervising and determining training and development needs of the maintenance team members.
BS degree in Engineering, Technical Field or equivalent is desired. 7-10 years Maintenance Engineering experience with industrial facilities and equipment; wire and cable experience highly desirable. Demonstrated experience leading high performance cross functional work teams. Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies. Proven project management skills. Strong record of Lean Sigma Tools implementation is desired.
The typical base salary range for this role is $121,000.00 to $181,000.00. Actual placement within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant, experience, education, skills and geographic location.
