Position Overview & Purpose

The Quality Assurance Technician Lead ensures product compliance at the point of production, data analysis, and support for root cause investigations. This is achieved by auditing processes, hands‑on, in assisting in diagnosing quality issues. This role is key in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing production floor. Hiring for A, B, C, D shifts. 7am-7pm/7pm-7am

Pay range: $25-$38/hourly

Position Job Duties
  • Interact with operators and helpers to ensure standard work is done consistently.
  • Provide technical support for all operations.
  • Assist operators on diagnosing and rectifying any production issues.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
  • Ability to walk long distances within the plant and between workstations.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools and lab equipment.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed.
  • Tolerance to working in varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, noise).
