Job summary

Evoke Winery in Vancouver Waterfront is seeking a Tasting Room Sales Associate to join our hospitality team and help drive wine sales, club memberships, and superior guest experiences in a fast-paced tasting room.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, multitasking with guest needs, and contributing to events, bottling, and shipping as needed. Must be 21+, WA MAST server permit and Food Worker Card required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Able to obtain a valid WA MAST server permit upon hire.
• Able to obtain a valid Food Worker Card upon hire.
• Outgoing and engaging with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible with scheduling, available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food service background.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Available: TASTING ROOM SALES ASSOCIATE

Evoke Winery is currently hiring for the position of Tasting Room Sales Associate at our Vancouver Waterfront Tasting Room.

Based in Hood River, Oregon, we have tasting room located in Hood River, the Vancouver Waterfront and Bend. Our award winning wines have been evoking fun and great conversation since 2005.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift 40-50 lbs frequently and stand for long periods of time.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, standing, walking, twisting, and carrying.
• Work in a loud, busy environment with elevated music and crowded spaces.

This is an hourly position with a competitive compensation structure. We offer a generous wine discount, commissions on sales, complimentary quarterly wine club benefit and company 401k.
