Responsibilities

• Set up tasting areas prior to service; maintain clean, organized guest spaces throughout the day.
• Greet guests as needed with water service and assist with welcome pours.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between seatings.
• Maintain cleanliness of tasting room, patio, restrooms, and service areas.
• Stock and maintain par levels of wine, glassware, merchandise, and supplies.
• Wash, sanitize, and polish glassware, plates, silverware and kitchen tools.
• Receive, organize, and store wine shipments.
• Assist with packaging wine purchases and guest carry-outs.
• Remove trash and recycling; maintain back-of-house organization.
• Support the team during high-volume periods and complete opening/closing duties.

We're looking for a Tasting Room Busser to support the daily flow of our hospitality experience. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a clean, organized, and service-ready environment while supporting both guests and team members throughout the day.

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Tasting Room & Hospitality Manager. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour plus tips.

Position Summary The Tasting Room Busser ensures all hospitality spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for service at all times. Working closely with the tasting room and culinary teams, this role supports service flow, anticipates operational needs, and helps create a polished, welcoming guest experience.
