Qualifications

• 3–5 years of culinary experience, including 2+ years in a sous chef or leadership role.
• Experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant and/or banquet operations, ideally in hotels or resorts.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to different outlets, teams, and menus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on culinary leadership and line support across outlets, banquets, and catering.
• Step into interim leadership roles during vacancies or peak periods.
• Move between outlets to provide coverage where needed.
