Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a Taskforce/General Manager to oversee hotel operations, drive revenue strategies, and sustain exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B, and implement policies to boost efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings hotel management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Nights/weekends flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Prior hotel management or similar leadership experience.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
