Job summary

Amyx, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large, complex task orders and assist the Program Manager in coordinating with KO, COR, and customer representatives. You will ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules for assigned task orders.

Under the Program Manager's guidance, you will manage PMO deliverables, provide oversight for the PMO team, and maintain clear, accurate communication with stakeholders while maintaining security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
• Five (5) years project management experience with increasing responsibility in IT/consulting.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience in IT/consulting.
• BS/BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Management Plan to accomplish contract requirements.
• Manage and deliver monthly deliverables including 8570/8140 report and monthly progress report.
• Participate in weekly and monthly PMO meetings and document outcomes.
• Provide personnel oversight for PMO support team.
• Communicate accurate information to stakeholders.
• Possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
• Support potential DLA involvement and standardized programmatic tasks.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Serves as the project manager for large, complex task orders and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), the task order‑level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Management Plan to accomplish contract requirements.
• Manage and deliver monthly deliverables including 8570/8140 report and monthly progress report.
• Participate and document required weekly and monthly PMO meetings.
• Provide personnel oversight for PMO support team.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information.
• Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.).
• Five (5) years project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
• Desired: Experience supporting DLA.
• Supporting standardized programmatic tasks.
• Working in a fast paced environment.
