Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Task Order Lead for the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) program. You will guide a multidisciplinary team across systems engineering, cybersecurity, software development, and mission operations in support of national security space missions.

You will work with Government leadership to ensure technical execution, scheduling, staffing, and budget adherence while delivering mission-critical enhancements from prototype to operations.

Qualifications

• Requires Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and maintained clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years; additional four years may substitute.
• 6+ years leading technical teams on DoD/IC programs.
• Experience managing complex engineering or IT programs in classified environments.
• Proven ability to brief senior Government leadership and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the task order ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and technical objectives are met.
• Manage cross-functional teams across systems engineering, cybersecurity, software development, testing, DevSecOps, and operations.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, workload balancing, and employee development.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple technical teams supporting classified missions and infrastructure.
• Monitor performance metrics, risks, staffing, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive proactive resolution of technical, operational, and programmatic issues.
