Job summary

Dezign Concepts LLC in McLean, VA is seeking a highly organized executive support specialist with an active Top Secret SCI clearance with poly to support senior leadership. The role requires Monday–Friday 10:00–6:00 and works across government and private sector teams.

Responsibilities include processing tasking, managing daybooks, coordinating with IC elements, and creating training materials. A BS/BA with 5+ years or 9 years of experience without a degree is acceptable.

• Ability to work Monday–Friday 10am–6pm.

• Supports senior executive-led organizations at the Director level.
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in administrative systems.
• Coordinates actions with elements within the customer space, the IC, and other government/private sector entities.
• Prepares training materials and playbooks for staff packages.
• Manages daybook requirements and related administrative tasks.

Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly Required

(salary is commensurate with education and experience)

Please Note:

This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
• Prepares daybook requirements for following business day to include: Daily Binder Preparation, Material Organization and Formatting, Component Coordination, Electronic Daybook Management, Inbox Management, Share drive Maintenance, Tasking Reminder Management, Material Review and Editing, Front Office Coordination and Weekly Task Management

Experience Needed:

• Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen
• Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm shift
• Requires a BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience
• Experience in the following is required:
  • Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
  • Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
  • Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
  • Coordinating actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Experience in the following is desired:
  • Preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
