Dezign Concepts in McLean, VA seeks an experienced administrative professional to support senior executive-led organizations. The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and the ability to manage daybook, training materials, and cross-agency coordination.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen.
• Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
• BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree with 9 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level.
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
• Coordinates actions with customer space, the IC, and other entities.
• Prepares training materials and playbooks for staff packages.
• Prepares daybook requirements and related tasks for following business day.
