Qualifications

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and oversee intake operations.
• Experience developing SOPs and training materials.
• Experience conducting quality assurance and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily intake operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Lead the development and updating of SOPs and training materials.
• Conduct quality assurance and compliance reviews for programs.
• Prepare reports and metrics on processing volumes and timelines.
• Support program sustainment and process improvements.
• Provide regular updates to enrollment databases and stakeholders.
