Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Top Secret/ SCI (eligible).
• Experience leading operations, sustainment, maintenance, facilities management, logistics, or mission support.
• Demonstrated experience managing personnel, resources, budgets, schedules, and priorities.
• Knowledge of sustainment operations, lifecycle management, and performance management principles.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple functional teams and stakeholder organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of task operations and sustainment activities for ILS2 Task Order.
• Serve as the primary authority for task execution ensuring alignment with mission objectives and contractual obligations.
• Oversee maintenance programs and lifecycle sustainment activities for facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and mission systems.
• Manage task resources, personnel, priorities, and workloads for effective execution and readiness.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary sustainment activities across operations, maintenance, logistics, and support functions.
• Monitor system performance, readiness indicators, and ensure availability and reliability of capabilities.
• Collaborate with other task leaders to support transition activities and continuity from implementation to sustained operations.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions; drive continuous improvement.
