Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering, sciences, or related field with 10+ years of related experience; MS/MBA preferred.
• Experience leading deployment operations, contingency planning, expeditionary operations, and mission readiness.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for deployment, contingency, expeditionary, and continuity of operations activities.
• Direct deployment operations and coordinate contingency response activities for mission readiness.
• Synchronize field support across logistics, sustainment, communications, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Coordinate with government leadership and stakeholders to align deployment activities with evolving requirements.
• Oversee transitions between sustainment and contingency/expeditionary operations.
• Maintain deployable mission capability through readiness coordination and deployment prep.
• Monitor deployment status and readiness metrics to inform leadership decisions.
• Support contingency planning, reporting, deployment tracking, and recovery activities.
• Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions across operations.
• Facilitate coordination between fixed-site and expeditionary operations for continuous operations.
• Prepare reports and briefings on mission status for program leadership.
