MHG Hotels is seeking a Task Force Maintenance Manager to support the maintenance efforts across multiple hotels. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to engage positively with guests. This role involves extensive travel and ensuring that hotel facilities are well-maintained and welcoming.
No matter whether a guest arrives weary from their travels or excited for a vacation, you know what to do to make them feel at home. They will appreciate the pristine appearance of the hotel, bright light bulbs in their room and a sparkling swimming pool. They will know you genuinely care about the quality of their stay when everything is in working order. The Task Force Maintenance Manager must be able to travel and support all hotels in the portfolio as needed.
Salary Range : $52,264-$61,672 annually

Minimum Requirements :
This role requires standing and walking for long periods of time, or entire shift. Grasp, turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and / or ladders. Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
