We are seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance department and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure they meet company standards and safety regulations.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
• Plan and manage the department budget, including equipment purchases and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential hazards.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors as needed.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their duties.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in maintenance management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong background in Refrigeration and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
