Job summary

Boss Search Group is seeking a Hotel Facilities Technician with an engineering background for a 100% travel role. The position offers 8-week rotation cycles and a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour, with all travel, lodging, and meals covered.

The role involves maintaining guest room facilities and coordinating with the maintenance team across locations. Ideal candidates will have a hotel facilities engineering background and the ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Travel out of state for 8–12 weeks at a time.
• Perform hotel room preventive maintenance (PM).
• Follow engineering safety rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to complete tasks.
• Complete work orders and fix issues promptly.
• Use a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.

Hotel Facilities Tech Job Duties

• Travels out of state 8 to 12 weeks at a time

• Performs Hotel Room PM

• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations

• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks

• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly

• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade

• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
