Job summary

Leidos seeks a Targeting Officer in Northern Virginia responsible for guiding and monitoring collection operations and integrating the results into a cohesive intelligence narrative. You will communicate this narrative to stakeholders in both written and verbal briefings, and identify gaps to address proactively.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, ability to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift including weekends and holidays, and a strong ability to draft RFIs and deliver concise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–8 years of full-time professional experience.
• Master's degree is highly desirable, with 2–6 years in relevant roles.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to obtain it.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with REAL ID.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Guide and monitor the execution of collection operations and integrate into a cohesive intelligence narrative.
• Communicate the narrative to stakeholders in written form and in briefings.
• Identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps.
• Draft and disseminate written RFIs as needed.
