Job summary

Quick Services LLC (QSL) in Virginia seeks a senior targeting analyst with TS/SCI clearance to work with MIDB and JTT/NPW tools at JBLE, VA. You will develop targets, produce damage estimates, and support joint engagements with strong analytic and presentation skills.

Required: BA/BS and 6+ years in AF intelligence, targeting doctrine, SOPs, and proficiency with JEMS, NGDS and related systems. Excellent collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIDB and tools interacting with it (JTT, NPW).
• AF targeting operational experience incl. tactical aircraft operations.
• Knowledge of JASSM parameters, PTM, JEMS; weapon system routing/visualization.
• Familiarity with NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore; imagery delivery systems.
• Broad understanding of AF intelligence, targeting doctrine, and SOPs.
• Excellent presentation, organization, analytic, problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal engagements.
• Create database records, nominations, and upload TM data into databases.
• Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle assessments.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation and target list management.
• Provide prioritization recommendations to achieve commander objectives.
