The role focuses on developing target intelligence products, damage estimates, and operational support for deliberate and dynamic engagements using JEMS, JTT, NPW, and related systems. Strong presentation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIDB and tools that interact with MIDB (JTT, NPW).
• AF targeting operational experience including tactical aircraft operations, targeting or weaponeering.
• Knowledge of JASSM missile parameters, PTM and JEMS systems and weapon routing/visualization.
• Knowledge of NTM imaging systems and NGA imagery delivery systems (NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore).
• Knowledge of Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine and overall AF intelligence functions.

Responsibilities

• Develops targets and target systems for joint engagements; creates database records and target intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and supports combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts collateral damage estimation and target list management; aids in target strategy development.
• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to meet commander objectives.
• Maintains and uploads data in databases and workflows (TMs, NPW, JEMS, JTT, On Target, Google Earth).
• Demonstrates mission knowledge and completes developmental training.
• Communicates complex analyses clearly and structures analysis from diverse sources.
• Leads teams in researching critical problems and applying analytic methodologies.
