Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking a JASSM Mid Targeting Analyst with TS/SCI clearance for the JBLE, VA location. The role requires experience with MIDB and related tools (JTT, NPW), plus AF targeting operations, JASSM parameter knowledge, and NGA imagery systems. Strong analytical, presentation, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience with the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and tools that interact with MIDB.
AF targeting related operational experience including tactical aircraft operations, targeting or weaponeering.
Knowledge of AF JASSM missile parameters, PTM and JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS) operations.
Knowledge of NTM imaging systems and NGA imagery delivery systems (NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore).
Broad understanding of AF intelligence functions and the targeting cycle.

Responsibilities

Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements.
Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments.
Conducts collateral damage estimation and target list management.
Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives.
