Geo Owl LLC seeks a JASSM Mid Targeting Analyst to support targeting for Joint and allied operations at JBLE, VA. The role requires MIDB experience, JTT/NPW tools, and AF targeting knowledge, with a TS/SCI clearance.

The candidate will develop targets, produce all-source analyses, and assist with combat assessment. Strong presentation and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this demanding defense environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and tools that interact with MIDB, specifically Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and NPW.
• AF targeting related operational experience inclusive of tactical aircraft operations, targeting or weaponeering experience.
• Knowledge of AF JASSM missile parameters, PTM and JEMS operating systems and weapon system routing and visualization capabilities.
• Knowledge of NTM imaging systems and tasking procedures and NGA imagery delivery systems (NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore, etc.) is also required.
• Knowledge of the IC Enterprise, Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine. Broad understanding of AF intelligence functions and the targeting cycle.
• Familiarization with the JASSM production workflow systems (JEMS, On Target, JTT, NPW, Google Earth) and SOPs.
• Excellent presentation, organization, analytic, problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal engagements.
• Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments; supports combat assessment requirements.
• Performs collateral damage estimation and target list management; provides joint target intelligence support to plans and operations.
• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives; manages database nominations and updates.
