Job summary

BLUEHAWK is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Targeting Analyst to support USPACOM in joint targeting operations, target development, and operational planning. The role requires collaboration across intelligence and operational organizations to enable informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate has experience with Joint Targeting (J2T), target development, and intelligence analysis, leveraging AI-enabled platforms to enhance mission outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of intelligence ops, targeting or planning experience.
• Experience with joint targeting and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence analysis in support of joint targeting operations throughout the Joint Targeting Cycle.
• Develop, validate, and maintain target intelligence for operational plans.
• Collaborate with USPACOM J2 and planners to identify and nominate targets.
• Produce intelligence products supporting target development and planning.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and visualization platforms for mission requirements.
• Prepare reports and brief senior leadership; support contingency planning and exercises.
