Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC. seeks a Mid-Level Targeting Analyst to support USPACOM joint targeting operations, target development, operational planning, and intelligence integration.

The ideal candidate has experience with Joint Targeting (J2T) functions, target development, and intelligence analysis, leveraging AI-enabled tools to inform decision-making and to coordinate with multiple intelligence and operational partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence, targeting, or operational planning.
• Experience with Joint Targeting, target development, or operational intel.
• Strong understanding of the Joint Targeting Cycle and methodologies.
• Ability to brief senior leadership in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence analysis in support of joint targeting operations.
• Develop and validate target intelligence for operational plans.
• Collaborate with USPACOM J2, planners, and other intel orgs to nominate targets.
• Produce intelligence products for target system analysis and planning.
• Utilize AI tools and databases to support mission requirements.
• Research using multiple intel disciplines and open sources to identify threats.
• Maintain target intelligence records and MIDB-related data.
• Coordinate with Joint Targeting to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support contingency planning, exercises, and real-world missions.
• Ensure products comply with DoD directives and IC standards.
