Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Mid-Level Targeting Analyst to support a critical intelligence mission within USPACOM. You will provide analytical expertise for joint targeting operations, target development, operational planning, and intelligence integration across multiple organizations.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience supporting intelligence operations, targeting, or operational planning.
Experience supporting Joint Targeting, target development, or operational intelligence activities.
Understanding of the Joint Targeting Cycle and target intelligence methodologies.
Experience supporting operational planning and intelligence integration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct intelligence analysis in support of joint targeting operations throughout the Joint Targeting Cycle.
Develop, validate, and maintain target intelligence for operational plans and contingency operations.
Collaborate with USPACOM J2, planners, and other intelligence organizations to identify and develop target nominations.
Produce intelligence products supporting target system analysis, development, and planning.
Utilize intelligence databases and AI-enabled analytical tools to support mission requirements.
Research using multiple disciplines and open-source information to identify threats and opportunities.
Maintain and update target intelligence records and MIDB-related data.
Support collateral damage estimation and assessment when required.
Coordinate with Joint Targeting organizations to ensure compliance with targeting standards.
Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to senior leadership.
Support contingency planning and exercise execution.
Ensure products comply with DoD directives, IC standards, and customer requirements.
