Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced JASSM Targeting Analyst to support the 363 ISRG within Air Combat Command’s ISR enterprise. Location: Offutt AFB. The role involves training, production support, and enterprise-level targeting standardization, requiring TS/SCI clearance and a strong analytic skill set.

The position is temporary (about six months) with potential to convert to permanent, offering impactful work across ANG and Active Duty units and direct influence on JASSM readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to work independently and produce high-visibility intelligence products with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required JASSM TAM training.
• Refine and integrate TAM workflows for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide SME-level training support to ANG and Active Duty units.
• Build TAM 3D models supporting the 363 ISRG targeting enterprise.
• Implement Government-directed training across JASSM-related subtasks.
• Manage JASSM production, tasking, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Apply SME knowledge across the 363rd ISR Group on targeting, weaponization, and modeling processes.
• Coordinate with IC partners and AF units to improve, standardize, and evaluate JASSM TAM operations.
