MSAD #11 is seeking a Targeted Reading Teacher for grades 3–5 at Pittston-Randolph Consolidated School and River View Community School. You will provide intensive, direct reading instruction to students performing below grade level and work closely with the special education team.

Description: MSAD #11 is seeking an exceptional educator with a strong background in elementary literacy intervention and resource room-based services to serve as a Targeted Reading Teacher for grades 3–5. This position will work closely with the special education department to provide intensive, direct reading instruction to students performing significantly below grade level.
The goal of this role is clear and urgent: to deliver high-impact, evidence-based reading interventions before students enter middle school, with the intent that students who struggle with reading are approaching or at grade level by the time they enter sixth grade.
