Responsibilities

Provide small-group and individual reading intervention under the direction of certified instructional staff.
Implement evidence-based literacy interventions designed to improve phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
Support classroom instruction through pre-planned lessons and instructional activities.
Monitor and document student progress and communicate results with teachers and intervention staff.
Assist with student assessments and data collection.
Prepare instructional materials and maintain accurate records.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Participate in professional learning and collaborative planning meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or designee.
