Job summary

Guild is seeking a Program Manager to lead its Targeted Case Management (TCM) program in Saint Paul, MN. You will provide operational leadership and clinical supervision to Program Supervisors and Case Managers, coordinating services to support mental health and independence.

The role requires a Master’s in behavioral sciences, LICSW/LMFT/LPCC status, and at least five years of SPMI experience. The position emphasizes diversity, collaboration, and compliance in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences.
• Licensed independent mental health professional (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Board approved supervisor with licensing board.
• 5+ years of experience overseeing services for people with SPMI.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Targeted Case Management team with clinical and operational oversight.
• Manage multiple contracts, ensure reporting compliance and policy adherence.
• Oversee program budgeting and financial health of the TCM program.
• Supervise, hire, train, and manage staff performance per agency values.
• Lead diversity, respect, and cultural competence initiatives.
• Collaborate with community partners and government agencies.
• Perform duties to support client care and department operations.
