Job summary

Guild Services in Saint Paul, MN, is hiring a Program Manager for the Targeted Case Management (TCM) program to provide operational leadership and clinical supervision of Case Managers and Program Supervisors. You will oversee contracts, compliance, budgeting, and staff performance in a community-based setting.

Requires a Master’s in behavioral sciences, licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC), and 5+ years overseeing SPMI services, with strong communication and data-analytic skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences required.
• Licensed independent mental health professional (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC) required.
• Board approved supervisor with licensing board required.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing and providing services to people with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Targeted Case Management team, including clinical and operational oversight.
• Manage multiple program contracts, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and stay informed on laws, statutes, and policies impacting participant services.
• Oversee program budgeting, ensuring accountability and good financial health for the TCM program.
• Supervise, hire, train, and manage staff performance to align with agency values, mission, and culture.
• Lead initiatives to promote diversity, respect, and cultural competence in the workplace.
• Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as needed to support client care and department operations.
