Job summary

Guild is seeking a Program Manager for Targeted Case Management in Minnesota to provide operational leadership, clinical supervision, and oversee program delivery. You will guide the TCM team, manage contracts and budgeting, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

This role requires a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, LICSW/LMFT/LPCC licensure, board-approved supervisor status, and at least five years of experience supervising services for people with Severe and Persistent

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences required.
• Licensure as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC required and board-approved supervisor.
• Minimum 5 years of supervision/overseeing services for individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Targeted Case Management team with clinical and operational oversight.
• Manage multiple program contracts and ensure reporting compliance.
• Oversee program budgeting and financial health of the TCM program.
• Supervise, hire, train, and manage staff performance.
• Promote diversity, respect, and cultural competence in the workplace.
• Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties to support client care and operations.
