Guild Services in Minnesota seeks a Program Manager for the Targeted Case Management (TCM) program. You will provide leadership, clinical supervision, and oversee service delivery, contracts, budgeting, and staff development.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in behavioral sciences, LICSW/LMFT/LPCC license, and a supervisory credential, with 5+ years in SPMI program leadership. Office-based role with community engagement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences.
• Licensed as an independent mental health professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Board approved supervisor with licensing board.
• 5 years of experience overseeing and providing services to people with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Targeted Case Management team with clinical and operational oversight.
• Manage program contracts, ensure reporting compliance and stay informed on laws affecting services.
• Oversee program budgeting and financial health.
• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Promote diversity, respect, and cultural competence.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties to support client care and department operations.
