Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on consumer packaged goods experience working on a Target account.
• Experience synthesizing raw data from POS and syndicated databases to develop actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Strong presentation skills; ability to tell insightful stories through data visualizations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand each client’s business to identify needs and create data solutions.
• Execute complex projects, cast vision, and forecast.
• Provide retail context at category, retailer, and industry levels to broaden insights.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional client service grounded in Harvest Group values.
