Job summary

Harvest Group in Minneapolis is seeking a Target Sales Support Analyst to lead sales administration tasks for the Target client. You will manage end-to-end processes in Partners Online and work closely with internal teams to meet client needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in the CPG space or with Target, strong communication, and adeptness at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to process large amounts of information while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Willingness to travel.
• 3–5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry or with Target preferred.
• Experience managing the administrative elements of a CPG business at a large retailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, execution, and follow-up of all sales administration tasks for Target and related clients.
• Manage the end-to-end process within Partners Online to support client business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely communication.
