Harvest Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Target Replenishment Insights Manager to oversee all inventory and supply chain activities for Target accounts. The role focuses on granular data to create efficiencies, with daily client and retailer collaboration to optimize in-stock levels and forecasts.

Based in Minneapolis, the position offers growth within a growing integrated commerce agency and requires coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver replenishment strategies and reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Replenishment for Target.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation; ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained.
• Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports.
• Understanding basics of negotiation to include common tactics and responses.

Responsabilidades

• Works directly with clients & retailer to manage in-stock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, and supply chain compliance metrics
• Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices
• Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
• Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns.
• Responsible for assisting with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, chargeback disputes, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations.
• This position will assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
• Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in planogram items including adds, deletes, and store count changes.
• Actively participates in weekly calls
• Contributes to 30-60-90 planning meetings, POG updates, and event support
• Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings
