Job summary

CTC Group is seeking Target Analyst Reporters to support Intelligence Community missions. Based in Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade, MD, TARs will leverage SIGINT analysis and reporting expertise to deliver timely intelligence products.

You will work with collectors and analysts, synthesize data from IC requirements, and provide actionable indications and warnings. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required. CTC Group offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• Experience in IC/DoD missions or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
• A Liberal Arts degree is preferred but any field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via IC channels.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information from multiple collection sources for government use.
• Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate.
• Issue products outlining trends, indications, warnings, and situational awareness and potential countermeasures.
• Help develop databases or working aids to enhance target knowledge and collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.
