Job summary

CACI International is seeking Target Analyst Reports (TARs) to support IC missions from Fort Meade, MD. You will transform complex data into actionable intelligence, focusing on SIGINT, IA, and CNO, with strong collaboration across mission partners.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and hands-on SIGINT analysis experience, offering opportunities to influence national security decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience producing intelligence reporting that delivers timely, accurate, and actionable insights in support of IC or DoD missions.
• Ability to partner with analysts, collectors, and mission stakeholders to understand evolving priorities.
• Experience developing and disseminating intelligence products communicating threats, trends, and assessments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain target knowledge with databases/tools to improve collection.
• Experience performing quality assurance and pre-publication reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with SIGINT analysis and SIGINT reporting tools to transform technical data into customer-focused intelligence.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for evaluating datasets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of IC tradecraft, tools, methodologies, and reporting standards.
