Job summary

CACI is seeking a SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to support USSOUTHCOM, SOCSOUTH, and JIIM partners. You will fuse SIGINT with HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other data to identify threats and produce serialized reports for senior decision-makers.

You will collaborate with collection managers, refine reporting priorities, and advance analytic tradecraft to enhance mission effectiveness in DTOs, CTN, and other priority threats within SOCOM's priorities and the National Defense Strategy.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience, or an associate with 6+ years, or 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in intelligence coordination roles at an O-5 or above level.
• 3 years drafting serialized SIGINT product reports as TAR or SIGINT Analyst/Reporter.
• SIGINT or CYBER Analysis experience and knowledge of databases/collections systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs SIGINT, HUMINT support, PED, and Next‑Generation ISR collection toward identification and exploitation of threats.
• Researches, evaluates, and produces finished SIGINT reports and time‑sensitive reporting.
• Conducts quality-control review of reporting prior to release for accuracy and compliance.
• Provides specialized senior‑level Intelligence Analysis to support multi‑disciplinary fusion and SOFETOPS missions.
• Performs data management and supports integration across the enterprise.
• Coordinates with collection managers to refine reporting priorities and requirements.
• Collaborates with DoD and interagency partners for real-time solutions to threats.
