Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a TARGET ANALYST REPORTER (TAR) in Annapolis Junction, MD to research, analyze, and report intelligence for IC requirements across SIGINT, IA, and CNO missions.

Candidates should have a Liberal Arts degree or related field, with TS/SCI with Poly clearance and relevant experience; pay range is $100,000–$260,000 and BTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• A Liberal Arts degree is preferred, but any field is acceptable.
• Entry level requires high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Higher positions require up to 15 years of relevant experience with various combinations of degrees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized products by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence for IC requirements.
• Prioritize and report information from multiple collection and collateral sources for government use.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers with developments and countermeasures as applicable.
• Help develop databases or working aids to enhance target knowledge and improve collection.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.
